Forendex
SAFS is proud to introduce Forendex, a new database for forensic drug chemists. We envision this site as a place forensic drug chemists will visit daily in order to find references, spectra, vendors, and general information regarding controlled substances. Forendex is only partially finished: an identity page exists for each of the listed substances; the other pages (such as references, specta and vendor information) will be filled in by forensic drug chemists. Although the site is certainly useful now, it will be much more so in the immediate future. Expansions are currently being planned. Please take some time to explore this site, and let us know what you think. Forendex was funded by SAFS, Agilent, Thermo Scientific and ACD/Labs. It was constructed by Isomer Design.
You can access Forendex by the using the links menu on the SAFS Homepage or directly by clicking the logo below. Should you have any questions about Forendex or have a problem using the database, please contact our Forendex moderator at [email protected].
Please also access the Forendex Forum. This message board serves as a sounding board and communication hub for scientists wishing to discuss novel compound identification and compound analysis. Please click the link below to visit the Forendex Forum.
SAFS would like to thank Mr. Steve Chapman of Isomer Design for his hard work and development of Forendex.
SAFS woud also like to thank Agilent, Thermo and Caymen Chemical as founding sponsors for Forendex.
