Currently I am

National Forensic Laboratory located in Dulles, Virginia.

Our chemistry section is staffed with six (6) highly qualified and

experienced Forensic Chemists and equipped with the latest instrumental

technology.

For the past 32

years I have worked in the field of Forensic Science and have extensive

experience in bomb scene investigation, the examination and reconstruction of

improvised explosive devices and the analysis and identification of controlled

substances.  Prior to my employment

with the Postal Inspection Service, I worked with the Water Resources Division

of the U.S. Geological Survey in the area of hydrologic research.

I have a Bachelor

of Science degree in Chemistry from the American University in Washington, D.C.

and have completed advanced chemistry and technical courses offered at a number

of schools including George Washington University, Virginia Polytechnic

Institute and Arizona State University.  During my career as a Forensic Chemist, I have testified as an

expert witness in more than 200 criminal trials held in Federal, State and Local

court jurisdictions across the United States and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

I have repeatedly served as an instructor to law enforcement personnel,

presented technical papers to professional organizations and spoken at civic

associations regarding forensic science.
