to be given at the 2008 SAFS Meeting in Shreveport. These awards are:

The winner
of this award will have a long-standing history of contribution to the
profession of forensic science. The contribution could be research, method
development, significant case work, lab administration, SAFS Leadership, or a
combination of these attributes. The nominee need not be a “geezer” to
qualify.
SAFS Young
Scientist Contribution to Forensic Science

of this award will be a practicing scientist with less than five years of
active case work in the discipline nominated that has made a significant
contribution to the profession of forensic science. The contribution could be

the contributions of your peers or employees and find that person truly worthy

the acknowledgement over other worthy nominees.
