Latent Print Examiner

The Broward County Sheriff�s Office, a 6,300 member agency, located in Ft. Lauderdale, FL is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Latent Print Examiner for the agency�s ASCLD/ISO accredited Crime Laboratory.� Position performs specialized technical work in the field of latent examination and classification.� Position is responsible for the classification, verification, recording, comparing and search of latent print information and related crime data.� Requirements: Bachelor�s Degree in forensic science, physical science, criminal justice, or related field.�� Two years experience that provides exposure to the fingerprint classification and latent print functions in a forensics environment.� Basic Fingerprint Class or equivalent.� You may view a detailed job description and apply on line at https://jobs.sheriff.org/MainPage.aspx .
